Parkside at Rice Hope Plantation
Parkside is the neighborhood closest to the entrance of Rice Hope Plantation. With approximately 75 existing homes, Parkside is aptly named as it is home to the grand park at its center. This large park is home to a ball field, two playgrounds, an outdoor amphitheatre and a fire pit for community gatherings. Rear loaded houses keep cars off the street in Parkside and entry monumentation creates a beautiful setting to call home. Parkside builders include Village Park Homes and Beacon Homes.
Lakeside at Rice Hope Plantation
Lakeside is the second neighborhood as you drive through Rice Hope Plantation. Nestled beside Indigo Lake, Lakeside offers in-neighborhood access to this 35-acre recreational lake. Abundant common areas, a fishing pier and ample opportunity to run/bike around the lake or put in for an afternoon of canoe or kayaking make Lakeside an outdoor enthusiast’s dream neighborhood. Lakeside is home to approximately 125 homes. Village Park Homes has two lake vista model homes for you to visit.
The Village of Rice Hope
The Village of Rice Hope offers almost 350 apartments for rent. This multi-family rental community is located right at the entrance of Rice Hope Plantation.
