Bald Eagle Partner’s acquired a large portfolio of residential assets from financial 2008-2010. This $100 million portfolio consisted of over 3,500 homesites in 16 premier communities in the southeastern United States. The portfolio contained traditional neighborhoods developments, fully amentitized lifestyle developments and condominium parcels. During 2016, the company divested itself of much of the portfolio but has retained the largest of all the assets, Rice Hope Plantation in Savannah, GA.
